Pain, Posture, Dignity - a live audio session
Here is a special chance to listen to one of our live groups. These sessions are not generally made available to the public as the content is best experienced in person. However, we thought it might be worthwhile to let you hear some of what is taught and the way the discussions unfold.
This is an unedited 8 minute segment in which we talk about what some people are getting from the group, as well as a fun lesson on the value of attending to one’s posture. It’s all well and good to say to people that we need to be brave and strong in the face of chronic pain. But how is that done? It’s a matter of attitude and this lesson is about how to use one’s body to help create a strong attitude.
Please note there are very quiet sections where people are talking without a microphone. This was unavoidable in order to maintain the natural exchange between me and the participants.
