NICE WORK ERIC WITH THE VIDEO OF THE CLASS.
YOU ARE BOTH A BLESSING IN MY LIFE
THANKS ALWAYS
CARLA
I use a wheelchair, so obviously the standing part doesn’t apply, but… I tried this and it was amazing how much difference that one minute of conscious relaxing helped. Thanks for posting this!
Thanks Carla for your kind words. I know you are cautious about who you trust when learning methods to handle pain. So I really appreciate your comments. As for being a blessing in your life, trust me when I say that is a 2 way street. Jan and I would be talking to ourselves (or worse, to each other) if you and the others were not there
Our main source of gratification is the progress each person makes. You are among the few who have kept coming to class for the long term. This is why you are getting results. Thanks for staying with it.
Lene, thanks for your remarks about being able to do this in a wheelchair. You are quite right in observing that you can adapt what we teach to your own circumstances and obtain a positive effect.
I am working on an audio recording of a deep relaxation exercise that is actually designed to be done while sitting. I will let everyone know when it is available.
